Michael Duffy

Michael Duffy is a longtime political reporter and assistant managing editor of TIME magazine. Along with coauthor Nancy Gibbs, Duffy wrote “The Preacher and the Presidents” in 2007. Duffy joined TIME in 1985 as a Pentagon correspondent. He went on to cover the Bush and Clinton White Houses for six years, earning the Gerald R. Ford Award for Distinguished Reporting on the Presidency in 1996.
