Naomi Lovinger joined Nordex USA, Inc. in August of 2008, as the second employee of the firm. Her role has included managing the challenges of the start up operations in Chicago and work on setting up the companyâ€™s first American production plant, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She is in charge of all communication, marketing, public and media relation activities in North America for Nordex USA, focusing her attention on the political and economic environment in which the company operates.
Before coming to work for Nordex, Ms. Lovinger spent much of her career in international economic development and strategic consulting. As Senior Vice President for British development agencies, she headed the American sales and marketing efforts that led to some of the largest US investments and job creation in England.
She is on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Advanced Energy Association and its Foundation, the Steering Committee for the Chicago Chapter of Women of Wind Energy and is an active participant on key Legislative and Public Affairs committees of the American Wind Energy Association.
She earned a BS in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and undertook advanced business studies in the US and Europe.
Born in Chicago, Ms. Lovinger currently resides in Evanston, Illinois.
