Vincent Ilustre is the founding Executive Director of Tulane University's Center for Public Service. He provides overall leadership and vision to ensure the Center's mission of engaging the university community in public service is achieved. Vincent received his Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from Tulane's Paul Tulane College and his Master's in Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Tulane's Freeman School of Business. Vincent also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the International Association for Service-learning and Community Engagement, the Partnership for Youth Development, VIALink, a Commissioner with the Louisiana Serve Commission, and a member of the National Advisory Board for Public Service at Harvard. Vincent is the recipient of numerous awards including Gambit Weekly's 40 under 40, Diversity MBA Magazines Top 100 under 50 Diverse Emerging Leaders, Tulane's Excellence Award, and the Yvette Milner Jones Award.
