French Hill is founder, chairman and CEO of Delta Trust & Banking Corp., a private banking and trust company. Prior to founding Delta Trust, Mr. Hill served First Commercial Corporation of Little Rock as the Chairman of the Board of its trust company and its investment brokerage subsidiaries. Beginning his banking career in 1979 with the First National Bank of Dallas, he has a diverse background in investments, finance and government service.

He has served as an advisor to former President George H.W. Bush and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee. His public service appointments have included serving as a member of the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing & Urban Affairs, Special Assistant to President George H.W. Bush for Economic Policy and serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary (Corporate Finance) of the U.S. Treasury. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a B.S. in economics.
