Tuesdays with Morrie
Date: 10/24/2007

Bestselling author and newspaper columnist Mitch Albom discusses his memoir “Tuesday’s with Morrie,” at the Clinton School’s first annual scholarship luncheon. Albom shares stories of time he spent with his beloved but dying college professor, Morrie, who he began visiting once-a-week after renewing a friendship that had long been forgotten since his college years. In a highly inspirational speech, Albom tells of the life lessons he learned from his visits with Morrie, and the lost time they were able to make up. The luncheon was held to raise money for the Clinton School’s annual scholarship fund, providing support to students seeking their Master of Public Service Degree (MPS) at the school.
